The PZ20A Monocrystalline Silicon Pressure Sensor Module encapsulates a monocrystalline silicon chip in a 316L stainless steel substrate. The applied pressure is transmitted to the monocrystalline silicon chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and internally sealed silicone oil. The monocrystalline silicon chip does not directly contact the measured medium, forming an isolated structure suitable for a variety of liquid media.
