The PZ38D Multi-Parameter Sensing Module adopts a pressure sensor based on monocrystalline silicon piezoresistive technology and is integrated with a built-in temperature sensor. It can measure three parameters of the process: differential pressure, static pressure (gauge pressure or absolute pressure), and temperature.
