1. Product Introduction:

       Vortex flowmeter is an intelligent instrument for measuring gas, liquid and steam flow based on the Karman vortex principle. When fluid passes through, regular vortices are alternately generated on both sides of the vortex generator set in the instrument, and the frequency of the vortices is proportional to the fluid flow. Widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper, thermal power and other industries.

       YYW-D1 vortex flowmeter adopts the currently reliable piezoelectric cantilever beam sensor structure, and uses four piezoelectric crystals, 1/Fr² signal bandpass filter, sampling threshold limit and other algorithms to further improve the adaptability to the field environment, which can be applied to most vibration conditions. In addition, functions such as HART communication, LCD backlight display, and temperature and pressure compensation have been added, which can measure all single-phase fluids.

       Minimum damping 0.5S, setting below 1S can be applied to canning metering;

       PT100 is built into the vortex sensor to achieve integrated temperature and flow acquisition;

       Multiple installation structures: flange type, clamp type, sanitary clamp type;

       Optional with port nozzle self-reducing diameter to achieve small flow measurement;

       Integrated temperature and pressure compensation, to achieve Nm³/h, t/h unit flow display and output;
