The G-series wear-resistant thermal resistance integrates the merits of various products and adopts a unique process formula to produce wear-resistant alloys under dynamic equilibrium. Compared with ordinary stainless steel, cermet protection tubes and similar wear-resistant alloy protection tubes available on the market, its service life is extended by 1–5 times. Temperature measurement proves extremely difficult and the service life is very short due to large ambient temperature differences, excessively high temperature control points, strong vibration, over-high blower wind speed and severe wear. Ordinary wear-resistant alloys are prone to being worn through, damaged, thermally bent and fractured within only 10–90 days, leading to thermal resistance failure and causing substantial losses and unnecessary troubles to users.
